Great RPG Product Names

I honor of Fear of a Black Dragon’s release of Sacrebleu, I’d like to poll the community for their favorite cool, wild, wondrous, and weird names for RPG games, supplements, and modules.

I offer five favorites:
Vapors Don’t Shoot Back (Paranoia)
Operation: Sprechenhaltestelle - Code Name: Pisces (Top Secret)
Dirty Secrets of the Black Hand (Vampire)
Chuubo’s Marvelous Wish Granting Engine
Glozel Est Authentique! (Call of Cthulhu)

Unaussprechlichen Klutzen (Fiasco)

You took mine!

Instead, I’ll offer Fuck for Satan! (Lamentations of the Flame Princess)

I cannot sufficiently express how much joy the title Let These Mermaids Touch Your Dick Maybe brings me

Oh, and I have to give @BeckyA props for the scenario On Ilkla Moor Baht 'at in Lovectaftesque

It’s not out yet, but Calamity Raccoon’s Good Time Pizza Farm is one of my own faves. It’s system agnostic.

Oooh I love this!

  • Pride, Prejudice and Practical Magics; Sense, Sensibility and Swordsmanship (Good Society)
  • Society of Vegan Sorcerers
  • Pasión de Las Pasiones
  • Spirit of the Century
  • Swords Without Master
  • Hot Guys Making Out

The Day after Ragnarock
The Violence Inherent in the System
Raiders of the Lost Mart
Lawyers, Guns, and Money
Postmodern Magick
International Incident
Weird World News
Necessary Evil

No Country for Old Kobolds

I’m biased as its progenitor, but I am improperly happy with Jason Statham’s Big Vacation

I forgot Visigoths x Mall Goths and Mayor Cat!

In a recent Gauntlet Hangout I learned of “Kill Puppies For Satan” which has got to be one of the best names.

Also the module I’ve been adapting “Rat On A Stick” which was for Tunnels And Trolls.

LotFP is itself a pretty sweet name.

Alas for the Awful Sea.

I didn’t even know what it was about and I wanted to play it very badly.

I came here to list this one… so good…

I’m also a fan of Fuck! It’s Dracula.

So if you’ve not yet seen Nate Crowley’s The 100 Greatest Videogames (That Never Existed) I feel it’ll appeal.

I plan on running a tabletop game jam based on its titles somewhen

If ever there was a yearnful name …

My picks are Blades in the Dark and Exalted.

I love these two product names by @Johnstone Metzger:

  • Evil Wizards in a Cave
  • Dungeon Full of Monsters

Also, the name “No Thank You Evil” makes me want to know what it’s about/play it, but I don’t actually know much of anything about it.

Flower Liches of the Dragonboat Festival (OSR)
Bury Mary: The Great Lich’s Bake Off (PbtA)

The Forest Hymn and Picnic is another goldie
