Life in the Commonwealth of the little folk is full of worries. You wrote your elderly aunt in a neighboring village a week ago and haven’t yet received a reply. A particularly large dire-badger has been digging into your half-cousins hole and escaping. A traveling conjurer named Lathspell shows up claiming to sell genuine magical artifacts. We need to address these problems, and quickly, before more severe perils start troubling our peaceful village.

This is a game of Under Hill, By Water, a low-stakes OSR-ish game about living in the cozy under-hill homes of the halflings.
No prior knowledge of the game mechanics is required. Rules are simple and will be taught. Characters will be created at the beginning of the session.

Duration: 3 hours
Breaks : Two 5-minute breaks, one every hour.
Safety Tools: Lines & Veils, Script Change, Open Door Policy. The game will follow the Gauntlet Community Code of Conduct.
Recording: The game will be recorded, but the recording will be made public only if all players give their consent.
Setup: I will send a brief introductory email to players five days before the session.
